Ben Sherman Button Ups A/W 2015

Based between Los Angeles and Johannesburg, Meja Shoba is a South African-American director, teamed up with myself to shoot still and video in collaboration with impeccably dressed fashion collective Boys of Soweto. In the two minute short for Ben Sherman, the Boys showcase the brand’s classic button up shirts from the Autumn/Winter 2015 range styled for a day on the bowls lawn. According to Meja, “the film highlights the preparation involved when a gentleman dresses with consideration, completing his look with extreme attention to detail. The inspiration behind the British brand’s Button Up concept is blended with Boys Of Soweto’s African flair.”
